Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees. Alternatively, you can ask for us to mail a hard copy to your door. Please do send us an email if this is the case.
Please note that gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash and are valid indefinitely provided the gift card and gift card number is presented at redemption. Cards that cannot be present due to loss or damage will not be honoured.
